September is a great time to kick-start change and begin again – new classes, new friends, new year, new you! It’s time to sharpen those pencils and get focused to set goals for the year ahead. We caught up with some stylish students and asked them what they are hoping to achieve this year.

“I’m finishing my college program this year so my big goal is to save enough money to put a payment down on a car when I’m done. It’s going to be challenging balancing a part-time job and school, but a car will give me more opportunities with jobs and I’ll be able to head up to my cottage more often in the summer.”

“I’m starting middle school this year which means a lot of new people. I love having lots of friends, so one of my goals is to make new friends. I also want to try new things and not be afraid to come out of my shell. Butterflies of nerves or excitement (not sure which) are totally in play! “
