On November 22, 2023, Ottawa area bedrooms are in for a treat with the opening of the first ever Silk & Snow store. The retailer is known for timeless design in mattresses, bedframes, bedding, and accessories, all created from high-quality materials, allowing for a better night's sleep.
The made-in-Canada mattresses come in three varieties: S&S (made with memory foam), Hybrid, and Organic. The wooden bedframes are constructed using Japanese joinery, resulting in an innovative design. Bedding, in Percale, Muslin, Linen, and Egyptian cotton, is thoughtfully made using sumptuous fabrics from Portugal and is reasonably priced. Find various accessories, including handknit, machine washable weighted blankets, down and down alternative duvets, pillows, alpaca throws, terry and Turkish towels, and more.
Silk & Snow is located at 421 Richmond Road. The store will be open Monday to Friday, 10 a.m. to 9 p.m., Saturday, 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m., Sunday, 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
